iPhone Live Photos and Multi-Image HEIC Files
An iPhone Live Photo normally includes a HEIC still image and a separate video file. Converting the HEIC file changes only the still image.
Some HEIC files can contain more than one image. When the decoder can detect this, the tool should show the number of images or frames. If only the main image is exported, this should be explained before conversion.
Orientation, Colour and Metadata
Some phone photos store their visible direction in orientation metadata. The converter should apply this direction before creating the output file.
